Identifying when a scheduled pickup is missed, can reduce the chance of an overflow and help educate waste generators and haulers on what needs to be done to ensure a successful service event.
On the containers page, if a container has a service schedule of a weekly or every other week frequency, and the expected pickup is not detected, an alert, which you can filter for, will appear on the container card :
And in the container details:
If the container is on a weekly service schedule, the alert will appear after the expected day of service (example: A pickup is expected weekly on Monday, but no pickup is detected on Monday, the alert will appear Tuesday morning). If the container is on an every other week service schedule and no pick up was detected last week, a pickup will be expected on the designated day of the week this week. If the container was picked up last week, no pickup will be expected this week.
The alert will clear as soon as a pickup has been detected, making it easy to see which containers may need your immediate attention to avoid overflow and schedule a recovery.
