By adding your container's service schedule into Compology, you can quickly see the expected service days in line with the container's current fullness. This allows you to quickly act on potentially missed services and to proactively address containers at risk for overflows.

Input Schedule & Pricing

Add service schedules to your containers by navigating to the Container Management screen (this screen is only available to users with Administrator user permissions):

Click on the container you want to add a schedule for and indicate whether the container is service Weekly, Every Other Week, or if it is On Call and does not get picked up on a regular schedule:

When you select Weekly or Every Other Week, select which day or days of the week the container is serviced on:

For Weekly and Every Other Week schedules, you can input the price per month for servicing that container. For On Call you can enter the price per pick up. This data will be used for future features aimed to predict potential cost savings.

Viewing & Filter by Service Schedule

Once you have provided a service schedule, you will see it reflected on the Containers screen:

You can also filter the containers by schedule to identify which containers don't have a schedule yet or which containers were supposed to be serviced the previous day:

Here is a quick video on how to quickly identify pickups that were potentially missed:
