If your portal isn't loading properly or only half loaded, trying clearing out your browser's cookies or catché and make sure your browser is up to date.
To clear your browsers cookies or catché, follow these steps:
Chrome:
Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and navigate to "History"
Click on "Clear Browsing Data"
Select cookies and/or catché and click "Clear Data"
Safari:
Navigate to Preferences on the toolbar at the top
Click on the Privacy Tab from the pop-up and click Manage Website Data
Select which cookies and/or catché you would like to remove or select Remove All
Microsoft Edge:
Click the 3 dots in the top right corner and select History
Select Clear Browsing Data
Select cookies and/or catché and click Clear Now
FireFox:
Click on the 3 lines in the top right corner and select History
Select Clear Recent History
Select cookies and/or catché and click OK
To check if your browser needs an update, check your browser settings:
Chrome:
Navigate to your browser setting and click About Chrome at the bottom
Safari:
Open System Setting and select Software Update
If your browser needs updating, you will see it here
Microsoft Edge:
Navigate to your browser setting and click About Microsoft Edge at the bottom
FireFox:
Navigate to your browser setting and scroll down on the General Tab until you reach FireFox Update
