If you are in need of replacements, please send a request by emailing support@compology.com or through the chat icon on the low right corner of your dashboard.
Process
Please provide the following information when submitting a request:
Quantity of replacements
Number of boxes being shipped
Address and contact information on where to send the replacements
Compology will provide a return label with the RMA#. You are expected to return the same quantity of units as the requested replacements.
An invoice will be issued once the replacements are sent.
You will have 45 days from when an RMA is issue to return the defective unit(s) to avoid charges.
You will receive a summary of your RMA once received and inspected.
RMA Warranty
Compology warranty covers the following:
Internal failures: faulty battery, GPS failure, bad images (black, gray, pixilated), modem failures (stopped posting)
Minor damage: broken seal, dents, and/or cracks
Ground shipping
Return label
Compology warranty does not cover the following:
Major physical damages: scratches, smashed, and/or fire damaged
Lost, missing or stolen
Out of warranty period (36 months)
