Notifying site managers or waste generators of full containers via email or SMS is fully automated with our Notifications features. You can also set up users to be able to quickly order a service of their container using our automated SMS service or email.

Confirm you have Notifications & Inbound Ordering Enabled

Under Account ➡️ Settings you should see the feature enabled (if it is disabled, and you would like it enabled, reach out to customersuccess@compology.com).

  • The email and phone number are set by Compology.

  • This is the phone number or email address that recipients of notifications will get their messages from.

How to Setup Fullness Notifications

Step 1: From any screen click Customers tab on navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the customer you would like to enroll.

Step 3: Click the blue edit button on the service location you would like to enroll.

Note:  Fullness Notifications are enabled at the service location level and each location will need to have the feature enabled individually.

Step 4: Toggle Automated Fullness Messages on and enter  in the email or mobile number of the person you would like to receive fullness messages for this service location. Only one email or one phone number can be used. Click Save
