Deactivating Users
Step 1: From any screen click Account and select Users.
Step 2: Select the user you would like to deactivate.
Step 3: Click Deactivate User.
Step 4: Click Deactivate User to confirm deactivation.
Note: Deactivated Users will now appear under the Deactivated Users section of the Users page as shown below.
Note: A user will not be able to sign up for a new account with a previously deactivated email. Deactivated users must be reactivated using the process below.
Reactivating Users
Step 1: Select the deactivated user you would like to reactivate.
Step 2: Click Reactivate User.
Note: Reactivated users can now be found under Administrator or Web-app Access section, depending on their user permission.
