Step 1: From any screen click Containers tab on navigation bar.

Step 2: From the Location filter, select "Location Unknown" to show only containers that are not within a customer geofence.

Click into a container card to add customer information.

Step 3: Click Add Location to Customer to create a service location and geofence based on the container's current location.

Note 1: If difficulties determining customer arise, before clicking Add Location Customer, use the map's Satellite view and the navigation tool to  determine the corresponding customer.

Note 2: If location is not associated with an existing customer, click Add New Customer and follow this guide on adding new customer and service location

Note 3: If container should be associated with a previously created geofence but is outside of the geofence, skip to step 6 below.

Step 4: Select the customer you would like to create a service location for from the Customer Page.

Note: Don't see the customer you're looking for? Go back to the previous page, select Add New Customer, and follow this guide

Step 5: Under Service Location select Enter Manually and input the address and  contact information for the service location and click Save to complete.

Note: If needed, adjust the size of the service area (blue geofence) by expanding or contracting using the white arrows. You may also adjust the location of the geofence by dragging the map. Then, click Save to complete the workflow.

Step 6: Select Edit Location to reposition preexisting geofence to cover container location. The container will now be associated with the geofence.
